Mëso!Shqip classes can be rescheduled with 24+ hours advance notice with no additional charge. We require at least 24 hours advance notice to ensure our instructors have enough time to plan and prepare for their teaching schedules. If a class is not rescheduled in time, it is considered missed and will not be rescheduled or refunded. We do make exceptions to this policy in case of family emergencies or illness.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we want to ensure our programs work with your family’s schedule. We offer a full money-back guarantee within your first 2 classes with Mëso!Shqip, no questions asked. Afterward, we are happy to cancel your plan from your next bill date onwards. To cancel, please reach out to [email protected] and our team will reach out with a confirmation.
Contact [email protected] with your updated availability if your schedule changes, and we take care of adjusting your recurring class cycle. Please note that in these situations, we cannot guarantee that you will remain with the same primary instructor.
Currently, Mëso!Shqip classes run year-round, except for the holidays listed below. Many of our students are especially excited to learn when school is out of session! If your family needs to reschedule due to a holiday, you are welcome to reschedule, following the rescheduling policy described under "What is the rescheduling policy?" You will also be notified if your instructor needs to reschedule due to a holiday.

For these holidays, you will receive an email from our team in advance describing your options for rescheduling your class.
For private classes, students meet with their instructor at a recurring time each week, like Mondays at 4pm Eastern Standard Time or Saturdays at 10am Eastern Standard Time
We offer rolling enrollment throughout the entire year, with classes available on weekdays and weekends.
Our private classes can be paused if you are traveling for more than 2 weeks or if your student needs to take time off for any reason. Email [email protected] and our team will take care of it for you.
