In Albania, nodding your head means
“no” and shaking your head means “yes.”
In the evenings, many Albanians take a
walk known as xhiro, where they go
outside, usually in the main city streets
to talk to their neighbors and friends.
The country’s population is 3 million,
but there are ~10 million Albanians living
outside Albania’s borders.
